STEVENS POINT, Wis. (WAOW) -- The city of Stevens Point is facing a potential lawsuit over razed trailers at Four Seasons Mobile Home Park.

This was first reported by the Point/Plover Metro Wire.

It is also reporting owners of the mobile home park say the city tore down at least 12 trailers after saying the would give the park more time to get them up to code.

Park manager Christopher Reeves says each of the homes was worth at least $20,000, for claims totaling $240,000.

The lawsuit is not official yet, as there are multiple steps that must take place for filing suit against a municipality.
